That should fix it. DVR seems to export stills as "video levels", not full levels. You can chek it reimporting the still to DVR, then right click on clip attributes on the source image on the media pool, and change data levels to "video", then "full". HDR out of Resolve needs the Studio version, unless you're just doing a straight 2020/P3 conversion. I'm only able to see that checkbox enabled on my Studio system, and not in the Free version.
